How Vulcweave fits into Atlas
Vulcweave is not a standalone company. It draws on systems the Atlas estate already runs:

It also uses internal Atlas services (Nova, Ares, Dossier, Cad Fabrication, Centaur, Markets Trading, Web Sales Outreach).
Atlas Trash Island Initiative
Within the Atlas Trash Island Initiative, a long-horizon mission, Vulcweave would contribute: heavy equipment; temporary roads; work zones; impact protection; construction staging; mud/wet zones. The mission is a plan; nothing has been built.
